Job Description
We are looking for a full stack engineer to join us this Summer for development of our platform. We are startup called Sabana, currently building an AI-enabled platform aimed at simplifying how architects and engineers manage product selection and construction specifications. Backed by Techstars, we’re moving fast and onboarding design partners to refine our Version 2 product. Our team is already 3 people (2 technical) and are looking to move to the Bay Area this Summer.
Please note: This position can be remote, but ideally you’ll join us in SF! Additionally, this position can be a Summer internship OR full-time commitment with us.

💻 What You’ll Do
- Contribute to building and refining Sabana’s backend and infrastructure.
- Work on full stack development, including database management, API integration, and frontend enhancements.
- Optimize platform performance, data handling, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with the co-founders and design partners to iterate based on feedback.
🧑💻 What We’re Looking For
- Experience with full stack development, backend frameworks, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database infrastructure.
- Familiarity with deployment processes, cloud hosting, and authentication.
- Bonus if you have experience with React or other frontend frameworks.
- Ideally Full-time role, but can negotiate Part-time availability if necessary.
